Basil doesn't even want to be touched. Kel takes half a step back, wanting to respect the other's space but growing increasingly concerned about this entire... situation.

"Of course I remember Mari!" His almost sister. The first victim of Something. He will never forget her. "Basil... I... you were the one I've always been close with when we were kids. I had plenty of friends but... you were the one I was closer to."

They were a pure case of 'childhood friends to boyfriends', there was no one else in their group that was their age beside Aubrey. He still allows the other to get his phone and peeks in. The color completely drains from his face when his eyes meet a familiar, horrible black shape on the screen and he has to push down the fear, the uneasiness, why is a photo of Something on Basil's phone? He doesn't feel hungry anymore as he turns to look at his boyfriend.

"You... see a person there?"
