I didn't know that so many people left... I'm sorry. It's always really hard to say good bye to the people important to you.
But, I also know that it's hard to believe in compliments that you aren't used to hearing. I hope that that changes for you... At least, I don't think people would say it if it wasn't true.
One of my friends told me that it's important to let yourself feel it if you're sad about something. Even if you're friends with others for a little while, it's okay if you miss them.
But, even if it's odd, that doesn't mean it's bad, right...?

By definition I don't suppose it's 'bad'. If you are giving some one a compliment that's generally meant to be 'good' unless... its a backhanded compliment or one issued with a heavy douse of sarcasm.
