They did! I was extremely lucky I didn't run to people I didn't know, or they would have tried to unalive me, and I'm not exactly trying to test how coming back to life works here if I can avoid it. Aubrey was the one that actually dragged me into the water though.

I had the same feeling! I heard some of what happens when they have to fight a real villain though. The kind of life they have doing that is pretty rough. Those villains can really mess you up.

I did, actually. Hurt a friend of mine, definitely got all dangerous and cultish sounding with other people. I got really beat up too. Not something I'd like to repeat again.
That's for sure. It's why I want to get strong with the magic I've got now. If they can make things better around here, the better for us. right?
